Sobre a função: A Alumar está com oportunidade para Técnica(o) de Processo em São Luís/MA, na área de Redução. Nesta função, a pessoa profissional será responsável por acompanhar e controlar as atividades de produção e manutenção, gerenciar insumos e elaborar registros, indicadores e relatórios operacionais. As principais responsabilidades da função incluem: Realizar análises e medições de processo em campo e em laboratório, elaborando relatórios técnicos; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e otimização de processos, com foco em segurança, qualidade, produtividade e custos; Analisar ocorrências operacionais e emitir recomendações técnicas para solução de problemas; Apoiar o desenvolvimento, execução e acompanhamento de testes de processo e matérias-primas; Participar de auditorias operacionais, processos críticos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua da área; Ministrar treinamentos e apoiar a implementação de ferramentas de controle, planejamento e padronização de processos. O que você pode oferecer para a função: Formação: Curso Técnico em Química completo, e em áreas correlatas; Desejável: Experiência em processos produtivos de média e/ou alta complexidades em ambientes industriais (desejável em Indústrias de Metalurgia, de Siderurgia ou, sobretudo, de produção de Alumínio); Desejável: Pacote Office Avançado; Desejável: Nível de Inglês Básico (Leitura, Escrita e Conversação). Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Regime de Turno.
